Our friendly team of Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, and Exercise Physiologists in Blacktown will get you healthy, and keep you healthy. We're conveniently located inside the Westpoint Shopping Centre on Level 3, inside the Blacktown Healthcare precinct near the St George and Westpac banks.
Sick of the Physiotherapists who just stick a heat pack on you, put some machines on, then walk out the room? So are we! All our Physios at Westpoint Health only see one person at a time, will do a full assessment, provide hands on treatment where needed, and then give you some good exercises to stop the problem from coming back! We can also cast broken bones, fit you with braces and splints, help you navigate workplace injuries, and get you to perform at your best.
Do you feel like there's more to treatment than just a five minute crack of your whole body? So do we! All our Chiropractors at Westpoint Health actually spend time with you to understand your problem, provide the right treatment (this might include some cracking), then give you some specific exercises to make sure the issue doesn't come back. The best Chiropractor is the one you don't have to see anymore!
Exercise is one of the best treatments available that helps people with chronic health conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, and arthritis. Using a range of techniques such as physical assessments, fitness testing, and exercise prescription, our Exercise Physiologists at Westpoint Health can help you improve your physical and mental health, overall fitness, and performance. Achieve your desired outcomes and work out with one of the best personal trainers you'll ever have!
All our appointments are provided as one on one sessions in private rooms, so you can tell us your full story, get a proper assessment, be treated, and recover with our full attention and privacy.
Tell us what you'd like to get out of seeing us, and we can work towards it. This could be something simple like getting out of pain, being able to play sports again, or losing weight.
Don't get lost in all the medical jargon. Our team can help you understand what's going with your condition, decode any scans, and put in place a management plan to help you recover.
We know everyone is unique and responds to different treatments. Whether it's hands on therapy, dry needling, a gym based strength and conditioning program, or just some home stretches, we'll be there to provide you with what works best for you.
We use clever exercise software which gives you access to your exercise plan anytime, anywhere, on any device. Don't like complicated technology? That's OK, we can also just print them out on paper for you too!
Already got a good doctor, specialist, or personal trainer? With regular communication, we'll make sure that everyone who's involved is kept in the loop, so they know what's going on and how you're progressing.
At Westpoint Health, all our sessions are one on one in a private room where we can really get to know you and hear your full story. We also have a mini gym where we can guide you through all the exercises you'll need to do to get better.
We are located inside the Westpoint Shopping Centre on Level 3, inside the Blacktown Healthcare precinct near the St George and Westpac banks. There is free parking available in the shopping centre, and the rooftop carpark is the best place to park which gives direct access into the medical centre.

During the first session, we recommend you bring any relevant referrals from your GP or specialist, any scans you might have, and your private health insurance card. It's also good to wear some loose clothing which makes it easier for us, or you can bring something to change into (e.g. singlets or shorts).
Every week, our Physios, Chiros, and Exercise Physiologists all write a fun article on an interesting condition that they've seen in the clinic. You can read them all here in one place on our Blog page.
